Ramada by Wyndham Medicine Hat

This was one of my four stays at Ramada by Wyndham since April of 2025. Before those stays, I had not been in Medicine Hat since before the COVID-19 pandemic, which started in March of 2020. The hotel went through an ownership chance since I was last in the Hat, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Everything was outstanding. The staff were all courteous, friendly and helpful. I was in recently renovated rooms for work stays and the environment was fantastic. The Internet worked like a charm, and no noise from other rooms filtered in, which allowed me to get my work tasks done. I am a sports writer/photographer by trade. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, as the sausages and scrambled eggs they served are favourites for me. As for location, this hotel is located in the neighourhood I lived in when I was a resident of Medicine Hat for 10 years. It was perfect for me. Overall, I felt like I was home again during my stays there.

Price was great! Location excellent as well. I was there for a ball tournament and the diamonds were 5 minutes away. Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean so no complaints there.

Clean rooms. Love the clean white sheets . Has great facilities , good for family. Good size and clean pool, hot pool and steam room. Very good price. Staff where nice. Breakfast options was was good for family. Nice family suites. Location was great , walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The Hot Tub (and pool) were incredible. Thank you so much. Breakfast had a good selection overall. Easy access to vehicles and very quiet (there were no tournaments in town tho!)

Great value for a one night stay! The place is a bit dated with older carpet but the room itself was immaculately clean. No dust anywhere. The bed was firm and comfortable but the best part was the high pressure shower. I would’ve gone back but we’re taking another route home
